Living room
The spacious living room is located on the ground floor at the rear of the property and accessed via the entrance hall.
As with the rest of the property, the lounge is decorated in a contemporary style to a high level with one 2 seater midi bed settee, a second 2 seater settee, a coffee table and a nest of tables (due for delivery soon). Large patio doors lead out to the patio and rear garden.
Entertainment is provided by a SONY LCD TV and Home Cinema DVD surround sound system which includes Freeview channels.
The downstairs cloak room with W.C. and washbasin finished in white with chrome fitting is located immediately on the left as you come through the front door.
Kitchen
The kitchen/dining area includes a circular glass table with 4 Calligaris designer chairs. The stunning well appointed kitchen includes a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, double oven with gas hob and hood, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere

Master bedroom
The master bedroom at the rear of the property features a loft style Nolte Pheonix king size bed with reading lights, Nolte bedside drawer/table units, a huge (2.4m W x 2.2m H) Nolte Attraction double sliding door mirrored wardrobe and console table with wall mounted mirror. All Nolte furniture is finished as shown below in Wenge.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom, facing the front of the property has sea views and features two loft style Nolte Fargo single beds with glass headboard and side tables, a large Nolte Pisa double sliding door wardrobe. All Nolte furniture is finished in silver. There is also a Liquid Crystal Display television in this bedroom.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a wash basin, W.C., and bath with shower over and glass shower screen finished in white with chrome fittings, as well as a large mirror covering one wall above the tiles with inset down lights.
